A WOMAN has suffered facial burns after attempting to put out a fire herself.
Emergency services were called to Snowhill in Clare shortly after 7pm tonight after a wood burner got out of control.
A spokesperson for Suffolk Fire and Rescue said that the they had been called to the blaze by the ambulance service.
The 43-year-old woman was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital for treatment.
