A 21-YEAR-OLD man is due in court after a police chase.
Billy Orchard, from Kings Close, Woodbridge, was arrested following a pursuit along the B1078 between Easton and Charsfield.
He has now been charged with failing to stop a vehicle for a police officer, driving a vehicle without due care and attention and possession with intent to supply a controlled Class B drug (cannabis).
The original incident happened on March 26 and he answered bail on Tuesday. He will appear before magistrates in Ipswich on May 29.
