Inquiries are invited from competent Conservation accredited architects and surveyors to take the lead consultancy role for a restoration project at the Grade 1 listed Ipswich Unitarian Meeting House in Friars Street Ipswich. See Photo.

The cost of the repair works will be in the region of £400,000 to 450,000. The work carried out by the chosen applicant will include; specification, obtaining Listed Building consent, Building Regulation approval, Scheduling the works, Tendering and overseeing the project to completion. The project may be split into two phases to allow ease of funding.
