Hibernian manager Tony Mowbray has ruled himself out of the vacancy at Ipswich Town.
Mowbray, who managed Town in a caretaking role for a short while after George Burley was sacked, was the hot favourite for the vacant post after Hibs allowed Town permission to speak to him
But after Colchester refused permission for Phil Parkinson to speak to Ipswich yesterday, Mowbray made it a double dose of bad news when he ruled himself out of the running.
