Winger Alex Henshall has left Ipswich Town after his contract was mutually terminated.
The former Manchester City and Swindon Town winger has been free to find a new club after failing to force his way into Mick McCarthy’s plans, having made five appearances during 18 months at Portman Road, but has now been released.
His only start came in the 1-0 Capital One Cup loss to Crawley in August 2014, while he also made two appearances while on loan at Blackpool at the start of 2015.
