The Leicester Lions have made a late change of guest for Saturday night’s Premier League match at Rye House, August 10.
After originally nominating Sheffield’s Ricky Wells as cover for the absent Lasse Bjerre, who is committed to the World U-21 Final round at Berwick the same evening, they have now switched the spot to Scunthorpe’s Thomas Jorgensen. The third year Scorpion has been voted his club’s Rider of the Year for the last two seasons, and is a former World 80cc Silver medallist.
As previously announced, the Silver Ski Rockets will have Olly Allen and Tyson Nelson back in action from injury, with Ben Morley stepping in to cover for the still-sidelined Jason Garrity.
