PETER Betts has resigned as boss of Thurlow Nunn Premier Division side Haverhill Rovers.
The Suffolk side are currently mid-table after a fine 2-0 victory at Kirkley & Pakefield on Saturday and Betts’ resignation will come as a surprise to many in the game, although the club have failed to impress in the FA Vase and FA Cup in recent seasons.
However, Betts has done a decent job at New Croft and is set to remain on board with the club until a replacement is found.
