IPSWICH Witches won their first silverware for 13 seasons as they lifted the Premier League Fours at Leicester.
Just 24 hours after suffering a last-heat 5-1 heartache at Workington, which meant they failed in their attempt to finish runners-up in the League, they produced a stunning effort at Leicester to claim the Fours Trophy
Led by Mat Tresarrieu, Lasse Bjerre and Kevin Doolan, the Suffolk side were in dominant Fours form to finish with 44 points, 11 ahead of home side Leicester and comfortably ahead of Workington and Somerset.
Tresarrieu and Bjerre scored 12 points, Doolan 10, while Morten Risager (9) and Taylor Poole (1), made up the Witches scorers.
