DEFENDER Ben Wake is the latest player to leave Norwich United. Wake signed for the Planters pre-season after a whirlwind frenzy of signatures at Plantation Park as manager Paul Chick strived to compete in the very competitive Ridgeons Premier League.
High-profile players like Andrew Claydon, Ben Nower and Darren Coe followed suite but now it seems one or two are becoming surplus to requirement or have become tired of the long travelling.
Wake, like Keith Hetherington, has signed for Felixstowe & Walton United for an undisclosed fee and made his debut in the midweek League Cup defeat at Walsham.
