Jones was Soham Town Rangers Supporter's Player of the Year and top goal scorer last season, scoring 15 goals in 46 games.
Manager Nicky Smith is rightly pleased with his new signing.
Smith said: "He has looked good in our training routines and I know that he can do a good job for us in an area that we require some reinforcement. He scored against us last season and I therefore know he can be dangerous.”
