Boxing Day for the Trawlerboys will mean a 200-mile round trip to Brentwood Town. Heybridge Swifts start away to Ilford then home to Harlow Town while Maldon Town start at home to Waltham Forest before travelling to Great Wakering Rovers. Maldon welcome Heybridge on Boxing Day.

AFC Sudbury begin their second season in the newly-sponsored Zamaretto Southern League Division One Midland League with a trip to Rothwell Town with Bury Town also on the road to Atherstone Town. AFC Sudbruy then welcome relegated Hitchin Town to Kingsmarsh Stadium the following Tuesday while Bury Town entertain promoted Biggleswade Town the same evening. Bury and AFC Sudbruy will meet on Boxing Day at Ram Meadow.

In the Red Insure (Southern) League Cup First Round draw AFC Sudbury will play Soham Town Rangers while Bury Town were drawn at home to Cambridge City. Matches to take place October 27th.
