On a relatively still evening Sudbury Cycle Club's time trial series returned to the Lavenham 10 course. Fastest on the night was Stowmarket rider Lee Bark in 22 minutes, six seconds, which is an exceptional time but a few seconds off his PB for the course.

Fastest on the night was Stowmarket rider Lee Bark in 22 minutes, six seconds, which is an exceptional time but a few seconds off his PB for the course. The first three Sudbury riders were James Rush 23-43 PB, Matt Shotbolt 23-55 PB and Rob Davies with 24-58. The youth section also produced some impressive PB times with George Hoppit fastest in 28-39, Nick Bull 31-20 and George Palmer 33-07. Nick's ride was a two-minute improvement and George Palmer, one minute.
The Points Series Trophy, in which riders receive a point for every second they improve their PB on each of the four courses, is led by Hoppit with 308pts, second is Rush on 281 and Shotbolt is third on 234. The next event is on the Brent Eleigh course.
