HISTON have announced that goalkeeper Danny Naisbitt and centre-half Matthew Langston have signed new contracts to stay with the Stutes for the 2009 2010 season.

HISTON Football Club have announced that goalkeeper Danny Naisbitt and centre-half Matthew Langston have signed new contracts to stay with the Stutes for the 2009 2010 season.

Danny Naisbitt has kept 18 clean sheets this season and become Histon's No 1 only missing a handful of games through injury. Matthew Langston has enjoyed his best season at the club recently completing his 100th appearance for Histon.

Manager Steve Fallon expressed his delight at securing their services; “ Danny has been brilliant this season demonstrating what an essential part of our team he is, he has the right attitude great ability and like us he wants to win things.

“I think Matthew Langston has been immense this season he has really committed himself to the club which has given him and the us great reward, he has scored some essential goals whilst giving us performance after performance at the back to have Matthew with us for another season is great for the club like many of our players his attitude is second to none certainly an shining example of how to conduct yourself on and off the pitch.”
