Ipswich Town maintained their unbeaten away run thanks to Brandon Williams' late equaliser against Huddersfield Town. Alex Jones provides his player ratings from the 1-1 draw.

Vaclav Hladky

A few nervy moments playing out from the back, but saved Town in the first half, where he made countless saves to keep the game level. Nothing he could've done about the goal. Oustanding block late on to deny Jack Rudoni. 8 (Man of the Match)

Harry Clarke

Huddersfield targeted his side. Ben Wiles and Josh Koroma found a load of space around him and exploited it well. Some really nice moments going forward, where he combined with Wes Burns, but struggled going the other way. Hooked for Brandon Williams at the break. 5

Luke Woolfenden

Battled well in the first half but was at fault for some uncomfortable moments. Nowhere to be seen for the goal, but also did well on the ball in the latter stages to help move Ipswich up the pitch. 6

Cameron Burgess

An ideal game for him in terms of the physicality. Like Woolfenden, some poor moments, but he put his body on the line to prevent it from being a worse scoreline. 6

Leif Davis

Made a sensational block in the first half which would've led to an easy goal for Delano Burgzorg, but Town couldn't get the ball out to him at all in the first half. Grew into it after the break and created chances, delivering a deflected cross for the equaliser. 7

Lee Evans

Sprayed some nice passes around, but simply couldn't replicate the aggression of Sam Morsy. Tried to get stuck in, but it didn't work as well. Should've done better to close down Burgzorg for the goal and was subbed off soon after with an injury. Not the game for him. 5

Massimo Luongo

Stepped in with some really strong challenges, which isn't necessarily his style. Made more passes and completed more tackles than anyone on the pitch. Kept his high standards despite missing his regular midfield partner. 7

Wes Burns

Started well, but tailed off quickly. The off-ball incident wound him up and Town couldn't really pick him out as much after that. Another game where he's struggled to find space. 6

Conor Chaplin

A few good moments, but Huddersfield offered him little to no space to work with and Town couldn't find him enough. Always hard in a physical game like this one. Just didn't work out. 6

Omari Hutchinson

Not as bright as usual. Should've won a penalty in the first half, and the way Sorba Thomas manhandled him really warranted further action. Avoided a booking for a late challenge on Yuta Nakayama and managed to enrage the people of Huddersfield. Was a constant threat in the latter stages and  7

George Hirst

Town did well to bring him into the game in the first half, but his end product was lacking at times. Really needed to bury his early chance where he headed into the gloves of Lee Nicholls. A couple of other moments where he fired wide or failed to set up his teammates, including another header late on. 6

Came on to add some aggression, which he did, but was caught miles out of position for Huddersfield's opener, leaving Evans on his own. The way he pressed high up left the Blues pretty exposed at times, but it also allowed him to score the equaliser. A fine header to earn a point. 7

Sub: Jack Taylor (64')

Looked much more comfortable than Evans. When Town were trailing, he was excellent at getting the ball forward. Came close with a shot and flicked the ball into the danger zone from the left. 7

Sub: Freddie Ladapo (75')

Exactly what Town needed. A physical presence in the box to really cause issues. Incredibly unfortunate not to score. Really attacked the game. 7

Sub: Dane Scarlett (75')

Not his type of game, but he did well. Some good runs to cause problems and had a header on target. 6

Sub: Marcus Harness (75')

Another impressive cameo. Looked a bit livelier than Conor Chaplin and really pushed forward in the latter stages when Ipswich went looking for a late winner. 7
