Ipswich Town played out a frustrating 2-2 draw against Norwich City in the first East Anglian derby in more than four years. Alex Jones provides his player ratings.

Vaclav Hladky

Unfortunate with the first goal as it looped straight over him from an awkward position. He won't want to see the second again, although he didn't have a good view of it. Good playing out from the back, didn't have to deal with too much from Norwich. 6

Harry Clarke

A really, really good performance. Made more passes than anyone else on the pitch and nullified Borja Sainz well. Pushed high and became a real threat out wide. Maybe needed to play to the whistle for the opener, but did himself proud. 7

Luke Woolfenden

Played well. Really nice moments in possession and some good moments off the ball. Shame to see him get dragged into a fight at the end, leaving him with a booking and giving Norwich a free-kick that ultimately cost his side the chance to have another go for a late winner. 6

Cameron Burgess

Excellent positioning. Got stuck in, battled hard and made it difficult for Norwich's front line. Looked particularly impressive in the first half where the visitors were really limited. 7

Leif Davis

Was given a huge amount of space to work with but didn't make the most of it in the way he usually does. Jonathan Rowe found space when he pushed forward, and his crosses weren't as accurate as we've seen in the past. Some good moments, but not at his usual level. 6

Sam Morsy

Excellent. Created the most chances (3) and won the most tackles (3). Got drawn into a scrap at the start but kept his head after that. Didn't let his yellow card situation influence his play. Good that he'll be available to face Leeds next weekend. 8

Massimo Luongo

Won a lot of duels and played a big part in the opener, but felt like he lost his way a little bit in the latter stages of the second half. Didn't dictate the play in the same way that he did in the first half. 7

Wes Burns

Gave Sam McCallum nightmares in the first half. His end product was better in the first half apart from one poor miss. His second-half strike was superb, hitting a really nice effort into the bottom corner from the edge of the box. He felt like the real threat in the front four. 8 (Man of the Match)

Conor Chaplin

A few lively moments, but ended up shining most in the build-up. A lot of time on the right flank meant that he wasn't as much of a threat. Did well to set up Burns for the equaliser, but he'll be frustrated by his second-half free-kick. 7

Nathan Broadhead

Two shocking misses in the first half, but he more than made up for it by rifling in the opener from close range. Great work to beat the offside trap and a fine finish. He was a constant nuisance, even if his shooting boots weren't on for the full 90 minutes. 8

George Hirst

Another battling performance. Did really well to hold up the ball and start attacks. His deeper role is really looking good, even if it means that his goal output isn't quite as high. Six goals and six assists to his name now, which is really impressive, but he was starved of touches and final-third action at times. 7

A couple of nice moments in the final third, but he probably didn't have the impact that he would've wanted. 6

Sub: Omari Hutchinson (78')

Looked lively and bright in the final third but Norwich penned him in deep. They clearly knew the impact he could have off the bench. 6
