Ipswich Town forward Dane Scarlett is set to be recalled by parent club Tottenham, manager Kieran McKenna has revealed.
The 19-year-old has made 12 sub appearances since joining the Blues totalling 146 minutes of action.
Asked why he hadn't been on the Blues bench for this afternoon's 4-0 Championship defeat at Leeds, McKenna explained: "There's conversations with Tottenham at the moment. It looks very likely that he'll be recalled at the start of January. Tottenham have injury issues at the moment and they have their main forward going to the Asian Cup."
