Ross Halls looks at how Ipswich Town's loan players got on for their clubs this week. 

IDRIS EL MIZOUNI

The Tunisian midfielder played the full 90 minutes for Leyton Orient as they won 2-0 at Cambridge United in League One.

Richie Wellens' side moved up to 12th in the table as they remain three games unbeaten in the league. 

Fellow Town loanee Gassan Ahadme, who has scored seven goals in 20 games for Cambridge, was ruled out through injury, while former Blues Jack Lankester and Paul Digby played the full 90 minutes for the U's.

El Mizouni will look to add to his appearances when the O’s host Blackpool on Saturday.

CORRIE NDABA

The Irishman started and played 86 minutes for Kilmarnock as they were beaten 3-1 at Ibrox by Rangers in the Scottish Premiership.

Derek McInnes' side suffered their first defeat in seven games but remain fourth in the table. 

They return to action in a few weeks as they host Dundee in the fourth round of the Scottish Cup on Saturday, January 20th. 

NICK HAYES

The goalkeeper played the full 90 minutes for Solihull Moors as they were beaten 3-2 at Chesterfield in the National League.

Andy Whing’s side let slip of their two goal lead as Paul Cook’s men scored three in the second half to regain their seven-point lead at the top of the fifth tier.

The Moors remain fourth in the table and will look to bounce back when they host Woking on Saturday.

FINLEY BARBROOK, HENRY GRAY AND MATT WARD

Midfielder Barbrook and goalkeeper Gray both played the full 90 minutes for ten-man Chelmsford City as they beat Braintree Town 3-0 at home in the National League South.

Ward came on as a 70th minute sub for the Iron as they suffered back-to-back defeats against their Essex rivals to drop to 12th in the table.

The Clarets are now sixth in the division and return to action when they travel to Worthing, while Braintree host Hampton & Richmond Borough this weekend.

NICO VALENTINE

The young forward came on as a 72nd-minute sub for Needham Market as they lost 1-0 at AFC Sudbury in Southern League Premier Central.  

Kevin Horlock's side suffered their first defeat in seven games, but they sit second in the table and have the same points as Mickleover, who are top on goal difference.

Valentine will look to add to his minutes when the Marketmen host Kettering Town on Saturday.

ZAK BRADSHAW

The youngster's loan spell at National League side Woking is set to be extended until the end of the season, having made 18 appearances so far with one goal to his name.

Bradshaw has been a regular for the Cards, but he was not involved in their 3-2 home defeat to Aldershot Town. The struggling fifth-tier outfit now sit 20th in the table.

Michael Doyle's side return to action as they travel to Solihull Moors this weekend.

FINLAY CORRIGAN 

The young forward's loan spell at Leiston has come to end after making six appearances for the Suffolk side. 

Corrigan has returned to the Blues U21s and will look to go out on loan again when an opportunity comes up. 

He started the season on loan at Hemel Hempstead Town in National League South, making seven appearances for the Tudors. 

JACK MANLY

The young midfielder played the full 90 minutes for ten-man Leiston as they were beaten 3-2 at home to Royston Town in the Southern League Premier Central.  

Bailey-Dennis was sent off in the first half for the Blues as they suffered first defeat in eight games.

The Suffolk club are 13th in the table and head to Cambridgeshire at the weekend to face St Ives Town.

CHARLIE BINNS, BEN HADDOCH AND SETH O'NEILL

Goalkeeper Binns played the full 90 minutes for Felixstowe & Walton United as they beat Stowmarket Town 2-1 at the AGL Arena in the Isthmian League Division One North.  

O’Neill was sent off for the visitors after two yellow cards, while Haddoch was shown a yellow card for the Old Gold & Blacks as they suffered another defeat.

Binns has returned to the Blues after his loan has ended with the Seasiders after making five appearances during his month spell. 

DANNY CULLUM, JESSE AYOOLA AND PAUL MOODIE

Young goalkeeper Cullum played the full 90 minutes for Ipswich Wanderers as they lost 2-0 at Heybridge Swifts in the Isthmian League Division One North. 

Ayoola and Moodie where unused subs as Glen Driver's side suffered their seventh straight defeat.

The Wanderers are 16th in the table and will look to get back to winning ways when they host Maldon & Tiptree on Saturday.

EX-BLUES CORNER

Shane McLoughlin scored for Newport County as they drew 1-1 with Sutton United in League Two.

Tom Eastman was among the scorers for Dagenham & Redbridge as they drew 4-4 with Eastleigh in the National League.
