Ipswich Town youngster Michael Lavin has joined Suffolk non-league side Leiston on loan.

The Irishman links up with fellow Town player Jack Manly who has been at the club since August.

Lavin has featured for the U21s this season and joined Town from Sligo Rovers on January transfer deadline day last year, among three other players.

Darren Eadie's side have a trio of former Town players in their squad, including defenders Albie Armin and Chris Casement, plus winger Ross Crane.
