Ipswich Town Women are looking to get back to winning ways as they travel to London Bees this afternoon (1:30pm). Ross Halls previews the game.
Joe Sheehan's side switch their focus back to league action after they were knocked out of the FA Cup by Charlton Athletic last weekend.
The Tractor Girls are currently fifth in the Southern Premier Division table and were beaten 1-0 by Oxford United in their last league game to start 2024.
Today's hosts, London Bees, are still without a win this season and sit bottom of the table.
The two sides last met in September when Town won 5-0 at home, thanks to a brace from Natasha Thomas and goals a piece for Sophie Peskett, Lenna Gunning-Williams and Ruby Doe.
The game is being played at The Hive, with the game kicking off at 1:30pm.
In other news, Rachel Harris has been appointed the new General Manager of Ipswich Town Women.
She arrives having previously been at Women’s Championship side London City Lionesses and will oversee off-pitch activity, working to grow the women and girls infrastructure.
