Ross Halls looks at how Ipswich Town's loan players got on for their clubs this weekend....

 

 

FREDDIE LADAPO AND PANUTCHE CAMARA

Ladapo started and played 78 minutes for Charlton Athletic as they came from behind to draw 1-1 at Blackpool in Curtis Fleming’s first game as Interim Head Coach. 

Camara was back on the training pitch as he is still working his way back from a hamstring injury which he suffered back in October. 

The Addicks host Derby County next weekend as they search for a new manager and look for their first win in 11 league games. 

IDRIS EL MIZOUNI 

The Tunisian midfielder played the full 90 minutes for Leyton Orient as they were held to a 1-1 draw at Reading in League One. 

Richie Wellens' side extended their unbeaten run to six league matches and sit tenth in the table. They return action to action when they host Carlisle United next weekend. 

CORRIE NDABA

The Irishman was sent off for Kilmarnock, who let a two goal lead slip as they drew 2-2 with Hibernian at Rugby Park in the Scottish Premiership

Ndaba was initially booked for a challenge on Jair Tavares but after a VAR review it was overturned and upgraded to red, with Killie manager Derek McInnes criticising the VAR-influenced decision.

He said: "I'm disappointed with the decision. I can only assume the referee and VAR have seen a worse angle than what I've seen.

"Corrie's won the ball, his foot is low. I was frustrated when the referee gave a yellow card. I don't think there's anything else he can do with his foot after he's won the ball."

Killie sit fourth in the table and return to action when they travel to Motherwell next weekend. 

NICK HAYES

The keeper played the full 90 minutes for Solihull Moors as they saw their National League play-off push dented with a 2-1 defeat at Maidenhead United.

The Moors will look to bounce back when they host Dagenham & Redbridge on Tuesday night.

FINLEY BARBROOK AND HENRY GRAY

The duo played the full 90 minutes for Chelmsford City as they won 1-0 at Hampton & Richmond Borough in the National League South. 

Gray kept his fifth clean-sheet for Robbie Simpson's side to make it six straight win for the Clarets and sit third in the table. 

They return to action when they host Weston-super-Mare on Monday night. 

CAMERON STEWART

The young defender played the full 90 minutes for Cove Rangers as they were beaten 2-0 at home to Queen of the South in the Scottish League One. 

Paul Hartley's side are now winless in five games and will look to return to winning ways when they travel to Brora Rangers in the fourth round of the Scottish Cup. 

MATT WARD

The youngster was not involved for Braintree Town as they won 2-1 at Truro City in the National League South to lift them up to 11th in the table and four points off the play-off places.

The Iron are now unbeaten in their last three league games and return to action when they host Dover Athletic next weekend.

JACK MANLY AND MICHAEL LAVIN

Manly got a assist and was named man of the match for Leiston as they beat AFC Sudbury 2-1 at home to move up to 15th in the Southern League Premier Central.

Lavin is yet to make his Blues debut and was an unused sub as they secured their first win in three league games . They return to action on Tuesday night as they host Long Eaton United. 

ZAK BRADSHAW

The youngster was not involved again for Woking as they won 1-0 at Oldham for their first win in five league games in the National League. 

Bradshaw looks set to end his loan at the Cards having not played for Michael Doyle's side since the start of January. 

He has made 20 appearances and scored one goal during his spell at Kingfield Stadium.

WOODY WILLIAMSON

The keeper was not involved for Cheshunt as they beat Whitehawk 2-0 at home in the Isthmian League Premier Division. 

The Ambers secured their first win in six games and will look to make it back-to-back victories as they host Potters Bar Town on Tuesday night. 

DANNY CULLUM AND BEN HADDOCH

The duo started for Ipswich Wanderers as they lost 1-0 at Bowers & Pitsea in the Isthmian League North Division. 

Glen Driver's side suffered back-to-back defeats and won't be back in action until February 10th when they travel to Witham Town. 

SETH O'NEILL AND PAUL MOODIE

The duo played the full 90 minutes and both got booked for Stowmarket Town as they lost 4-1 at Bury Town in the Isthmian League North Division. 

Former Town player Ed Upson was among the scorers for Cole Skuse's side, while another ex-Blues youngster Cemal Ramadan also scored a brace. 

The Old Gold & Blacks are still without a win in the league after 23 games and return to action when they host Bowers & Pitsea next weekend.

EX-BLUES CORNER

Cameron Carter-Vickers has signed a new five-and-a-half-year contract at Scottish giants Celtic which will see him remain at the club until 2029.

Luke Thomas was among the scorers for Bristol Rovers as they ended a four-match losing streak in League One with 3-1 home win over Oxford.

Armando Dobra scored for Chesterfield as they extended their lead at the top the National League to 16 points following a 3-0 home victory over Southend United.
