Ipswich Town's final game of the season against Huddersfield Town has been moved to a 12:30pm kick-off on Saturday, May 4th.

It could prove to be a pivotal match for both sides. The Blues currently sit third in the table, just one point behind Leeds United and Leicester City, while the Terriers occupy the last place in the relegation zone.

The previous meeting between the two sides ended in a 1-1 draw at the John Smith's Stadium, where Brandon Williams' late strike cancelled out Delano Burgzorg's opener. Ipswich haven't beaten Huddersfield on home soil since February 2013.

The switch will see all Championship games start at the same time, with the final League One and League Two fixtures set to be played a week earlier on Saturday, April 27th at 12:30pm and 3pm respectively.

Further details regarding Sky Sports coverage are yet to be announced, although Town know that their next three games will all be shown live on TV.

Their trip to Coventry City will also need to be rearranged, as the Sky Blues will face Manchester United in the Emirates FA Cup semi-finals on the same weekend that they were scheduled to host Town.
