Young Ipswich Town midfielder Steven Turner has signed his first professional contract with the Blues, on a deal which runs until the summer of 2025 with an option for a further year.
The 17-year-old has been at Town since the age of seven and became a full academy player in the summer of 2022, signing a two-year-scholarship.
Turner helped Town under-18's win the Professional Development League Cup after they hammered 10-man Coventry City 7-0 at Portman Road in April 2022.

The young Blues are fifth in the Professional Development League Two South table and return to action tomorrow when they host Burnley at Playford Road.
