Carter-Vickers has been a consistent performer for the Bhoys despite missing periods through injury this season, making 32 appearances in all competitions, scoring one goal.
It marked the third title success for the 26-year-old American defender since originally joining Celtic on loan from Tottenham Hotspur in 2022.

He signed a new five-and-a-half-year deal at Celtic Park in January and will help lift their 12th league trophy in 13 seasons in Glasgow tomorrow.
They have one more league game against St Mirren at Celtic Park before an Old Firm Scottish Cup final against Rangers on May 25.
In total, Carter-Vickers made 17 appearances for Town on loan from Spurs during the second half of the 2017/18 season.
