NEEDHAM Market have released goalkeeper Andrew Plummer and defender Lewis Pemberton.

The 22-year-old former Ipswich Town Youth and Reserve team keeper, who was signed in the summer from Irish side Glenavon, has had his contract cancelled by mutual consent.

Pemberton, meanwhile, has joined Ridgeons League Premier Division Woodbridge Town until the end of the season.

The popular full back’s contract has been cancelled following discussions with the club.

The changes follow hot on the heels of the double signing of strikers Lee McGlone and Tommy Smith last week as Needham freshen their squad for the second half of the season.
