COLCHESTER United's injury-troubled Matt Lockwood has signed on loan at League Two club Barnet.
Today is transfer deadline day, and left-back Lockwood has taken this opportunity to gain some match-fitness at Underhill. The Bees are currently struggling in 21st spot.
Lockwood, who was recruited from Nottingham Forest last summer, made three appearances for the U's in August before being struck down with a tendonitis injury.
He has only just returned to action, having played a couple of times for the Reserves.
