Bloomfield Leaves King's Marsh

AFC Sudbury manager Nicky Smith has announced that forward Danny Bloomfield has been released from his contract with the club.

Ryman League North league leaders, Lowestoft Town have announced Danny's signing on a two and a half year contract.

Smith said "We discussed things and agreed that it was mutually acceptable that he be allowed to leave. As one player goes another will come in, I have been chasing a couple of forwards. Whether or not they will be signed before the next game, we will have to wait and see".

Bloomfield joined AFC from Cambridge City last season and has made a total of 37 appearances and scored 16 goals in his time with the club.
