THROUGHOUT a game played in continuous drizzling rain Carlton Park started positively against a Felixstowe team of only 10 players opening the score early on with a goal from Marion Walker.
The first half saw CP dominate the play and more goals should have been scored, Marion Walker added a second before half time.
After the break Felixstowe fought back and pulled a goal back, CP struggled to find the form from the first half and although had the majority of possession were unable to make the most of their advantage. A total misunderstanding in defence allowed Felixstowe to equalise against the run of play. A disappointing result for CP.
