RYE House skipper Chris Neath is to act as a mentor to new signing Jason Garrity during the forthcoming season.
Teenager Garrity has joined the Rockets this winter, linking up with the team on their annual pre-season ski-ing trip to La Plagne, and Neath is to help him with mechanical set-ups prior to the campaign.
Neath said: “I’ve really taken to Jason, he is a talented boy with a really great attitude and while ski-ing with him I’ve learned a lot about his character.
“I’m sure I can help him achieve all those high ambitions he has for himself and in doing so put plenty of points on the board for the team.”
