Christchurch put in a consistent display of attacking hockey to take the points.
An early goal from Deborah Munro put them on their way before Lizzie Tarrant executed a reverse stick shot to make it 2-0.
The Mildenhall defence cleared a sequence of shots off the line before a breakaway saw the visitors win a short corner, Laura Fleming hit an unstoppable shot to narrow the lead.
On 27 minutes Sue Williamson played a long ball out of defence and neat touches from Hayley Tydeman and Cathy McInerney fed the ball to Deborah Munro to score her second goal.
A fourth goal just before half time saw Hayley Tydeman dribble by four players to score a superb individual goal.
The second half saw Mildenhall work hard to close down the scoring chances, the only goal coming via a short corner shot with Hayley Tydeman converting from a narrow angle.
