CLARE Town Reserves won a dramatic penalty shoot-out against Gas Recreation Reserves last night to clinch the Kent Blaxill Border League Reserves Knockout Cup Final.

CLARE Town Reserves won a dramatic penalty shoot-out against Gas Recreation Reserves last night to clinch the Kent Blaxill Border League Reserves Knockout Cup Final.

After the match, played at Stanway Rovers ground in Colchester, ended 1-1 at the end of extra time, Clare Town players held their nerve to win the penalty shoot-out 3-2.

The trophy was presented to the winning team by Jeff Carter of sponsors Kent Blaxill.
