COLCHESTER United have loaned left-back Ben Coker to non-league club Histon for a month.
The 23-year-old made 20 league appearances in both his first two seasons with the U’s having been signed from Suffolk non-league side Bury Town.
However, new manager Joe Dunne has decided to send him out to the Blue Square South club he started out his career at on a temporary basis.
Coker will be with the Cambridgeshire side for their game against Vauxhall Motors tomorrow, providing cover for the injured Ian Gayle.
