Ipswich Town midfielder Cole Skuse is among the nominees for April’s Championship Player of the Month Award.
The 29-year-old not only produced several fine displays, but ended his three-year goal drought in spectacular fashion in the 3-1 home win over Cardiff.
He is up against Wolves striker Benik Afobe, Watford midfielder Adlene Guedioura and Derby winger Tom Ince.
The winner will be announced tomorrow morning.
Skuse claimed two awards at Ipswich Town’s End of Season Dinner on Tuesday night.
He picked up the John Kerridge Memorial Trophy for most improved player, selected by manager Mick McCarthy, and also received ‘Goal of the Season’ for the aforementioned strike.
