SOUTH African double-amputee Oscar Pistorius cannot compete at the Beijing Olympics this summer because he has been told his prosthetic limbs give him an unfair advantage.

The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) today announced their decision on the 21-year-old's bid after studying the findings of a two-day independent scientific investigation last November.
