The England prop was banned yesterday after being cited for the incident which was missed by the match referee.
South Africa have problems of their own after star flanker Schalk Burger was given a four-match ban for a dangerous tackle on Samoan scrum-half Junior Polu during the Springboks 59-7 win in Paris on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Argentina beat Georgia 33-3 in last night's Pool D match.
