Edinburgh won the first leg of this contest 53-40 meaning Mildenhall needed to win by at least 14 points to win the tie on aggregate. When George Stancl won heat 1 from Tom P Madsen and Shaun Tacey you could see that the 13-point deficit was going to be very tough to pull back.
A 4-2 to the home side in heat 15 left the scores at 51-41 to Mildenhall with Edinburgh winning the tie on aggregate 94-91.
