A fourth successive 1-1 draw needs to be followed up by a Blues victory – doesn’t it?
Ipswich Town entertain Wolverhampton Wanderers on March 7 in the second of two back-to-back ties at Portman Road, having drawn with Brentford on Saturday.
Many fans would have seen six points from these games as a distinct possibility, given Ipswich’s improved form of late, but after only taking one against Brentford the Wolves game could now be seen as must-win.
