Grundisburgh have tonight been reinstated in the Suffolk FA Senior Cup after Needham Market Reserves fielded an ineligible player.

Guy Evans played for the Thurlow Nunn League Division One club when he was ineligible in the second round tie on November 16th at Grundisburgh.

Needham Market Reserves won the tie 6-5 on penalties, after the two teams had drawn 1-1.

Needham Market have now been removed from the competition, and Grundisburgh, of the Touchline SIL, have been reinstated. Grundisburgh will now travel to Lakenheath in the quarter-finals on Saturday, December 7th.
