FORMER Colchester United utility player Greg Halford today joined Charlton on loan until the end of the season.
Halford, who left Colchester a year ago to join Reading, subsequently signed for Sunderland.
He will link up with former U's manager Phil Parkinson, who is Alan Pardew's assistant, at The Valley.
