BSE U17 11-0 Carlton Park

Bury travelled away to their last fixture of the season. They took a while to settle and after 10 minutes Amy O'Shaughnessy opened the scoring. Beth Duchesne set up Becky Guy for her first goal of the game and Jo Herod score two more. The midfield of Alice Poole and Emma Devlin worked tirelessly to keep the hosts at bay.

In the second half Bury won a number of short corners, and there were fine hits out from O'Shaughnessy to Jaz Grayling to set up goals for Guy, Herod (two) and O'Shaughnessy (two) to complete her hat-trick. Carlton Park continued to fight hard and were rewarded with a corner. Jo Herod stepped up to stand in as keeper, while the defence of Maddie Tasker, Heidi Matheson and Alex Shepherd worked well to keep them out. The last goal of the game came from Niamh Siverton in the 65th minute having been set up by Jo Wilson.
