Ipswich Ladies welcome fourth-placed St Albans 2’s to Tuddenham Road on Saturday.
The Suffolk side currently sit in second place in the East Premier League but their visitors have two games in hand and with the sides drawing 1-1 in the last meeting, another close game looks likely to be on the cards.
Ipswich are in fine form coming into the match and coach Mariette Rix will be keen to see the same desire and work rate on show in this game. Top goal scorer Chloe Williams will be keen to add to her tally but all the pressure is not all on her, as it the goal scoring threat from lots of others players that is proving one of Ipswich’s keys to success this season.
Ipswich’s team spirit and cohesion will be vital in this match, as well as the outstanding form of keeper Ali Barham. Push-back is 2.30pm.
