Most money is going on Barnsley to beat Ipswich at Oakwell this afternoon, despite Town’s impressive start to the season.
The Blues, with two wins from two, head north looking to start their season with three straight wins for the first time since 2002.
But punters are putting their cash on Barnsley to claim victory, with 52% of all bets placed on the match, according to Oddschecker, going on the home side at best odds of 8/5.
Ipswich to win is priced at 9/4, with 30% of bets going on that, while 18% are backing the draw at 12/5.
Joe Garner, who netted the winner in Town’s win over Birmingham at Portman Road last Saturday, is the favourite to open the scoring at 11/2, alongside Barnsley’s Ike Ugbo.
Martyn Waghorn is next, at 13/2.
