IPSWICH Town have confirmed that Reserves team manager Chris Kiwomya has left the club.
Former Town front-runner Kiwomya, who helped the club win promotion to the newly-formed Premiership in 1992, returned to Portman Road in 2008 to join the backroom staff.
But Town will not be playing reserve league games next season, choosing to play friendlies instead.
Kiwomya said: “I have enjoyed my time at Ipswich Town and wish the club every success for the future. I hope they win promotion and get back to the Premier League which is where they belong.”
