Ipswich Town are close to completing a deal to sign veteran goalkeeper Paddy Kenny until the end of the season, we understand.
The 36-year-old stopper, who has made over 500 Football League appearances for the like of Bury, Leeds, QPR and Sheffield United, is expected to pen a short-term deal until the end of the season.
Kenny has been at Bolton and Oldham this season, the latter on-loan, and will provide cover for Bartosz Bialkowski, with Dean Gerken (hip) out injured.
Meanwhile, young Ipswich Town striker Jack Marriott is expected to complete a loan deal to sign for League One Colchester United tomorrow.
