No fewer than 170 members from the Fortuna Blues branch, in Germany, will be visiting Portman Road on Saturday to watch Ipswich Town’s crunch clash with fellow Championship high-flyers Derby County.
The supporters from Fortuna Dusseldorf will be joined by a further 14 or so from the Denmark branch.
The tour, which sees the European visitors pick a Blues game to attend during the German football mid-season break, attracts bigger numbers each year.
The fans will be in Legends Bar after the game for the Ipswich Town Supporters’ Club’s second Legend in Legends event of the season, which will see former players, including Bryan Hamilton, Mick Stockwell and John Wark, attend.
