Ipswich Town fell to a 3-1 defeat at home to fellow play-off chasers Wigan Athletic, on Saturday.
Tommy Smith gave the Blues a 19th minute lead but that was cancelled out just two minutes later when James McLean capitalised on some sloppy defending to equalise.
Luke Hyam then missed a great chance to restore Town’s advantage, blazing over the bar when in a good position, 10 yards out, before Leon Barnett was given far too much space to power home a header for the Latics, just before the break.
McLean sealed the victory for Uwe Rosler’s men in the second half. Wigan are now fifth in the table, while Town are ninth, six points outside the play-off places.
Archant photographer Sarah Lucy Brown was at Portman Road on Saturday to capture the best of the action.
