IPSWICH Town have emerged as a frontrunner for Dagenham & Redbridge winger Danny Green.
The 22-year-old is also wanted by Crystal Palace and newly-promoted Peterborough, it was today revealed by Posh director of football Barry Fry.
Fry said: “We are aware that people like Ipswich and Crystal Palace are in for the boy as well. But we’re very hopeful that might be concluded over this week.”
Green was regarded as one of the best players in League 1 last season, even though his 13 goals could not prevent the Daggers from being relegated.
