IPSWICH Town are likely to show an interest in their former defender Hermann Hreidarsson, 34.
The player's agent has confirmed that the Icelandic international wants to leave Portsmouth during the January transfer window.
Hreidarsson has only made one Pompey start this season, and the left-sided player has the experience and passion to interest Town boss Jim Magilton in helping give Town a promotion push during the second half of the season.
