IPSWICH Town is not for sale, a club director has confirmed.
Rumours had surfaced on social networking sites this morning that owner Marcus Evans had accepted a bid from an interested party.
However, joint-managing director at Portman Road, Ian Milne said: “Unsolicited interest has been expressed from time to time but none have involved any serious offer or attempt to follow up.
“The club is not up for sale.”
