BROKEN nose victim Keith Andrews is expected to return to the Ipswich Town side for Saturday’s home match against Reading.
The midfielder missed last week’s defeat against Nottingham Forest after suffering the injury during Republic of Ireland’s Euro 2012 first leg play-off win against Estonia.
But Town boss Paul Jewell this morning confirmed Andrews is back in training for the Blues and should be in contention against the Royals - as long as there is no recurrence of the injury.
But there was less positive news over Ibrahima Sonko’s availability, the centre-back looking less likely to figure.
Sonko is expected to train today but Jewell admitted the defender was struggling for the weekend following his torn hamstring.
