JIM Magilton will take whatever the FA throw at him on the chin after being formerly charged for swearing at referee Mick Jones at Stoke last weekend.
The Blues boss was livid at the way the multi-ball system was being abused at the Britannia Stadium and ticked off by the Cheshire official after returning a ball quickly as a ball-boy took his time.
Jones sent Magilton to the stands after words were exchanged and now faces a touchline ban.
Magilton said: “I won't be appealing over the decision, there is no point.
“I will have to take my punishment and get on with it but there will be managers up and down the country that would have behaved the way I did.”
Stoke City also face punishment after supporters threw a can and a bottle at Magilton as he was leaving the touchline.
